– Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
– Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
– Original packaging must be intact.
– A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
– Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@excellamena.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
b. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
c. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

– Oilfield Additives: Due to the nature of these products, returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Medical Equipment & Supplies:
– Biodermis The Science of Skin: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
– Tucky Wearable Thermometer: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Thermometer must be unused and in its original packaging.
– Kintex Physio Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
–CryoSlices®: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
-Eldeen: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
-Excelmed Sanitizer: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Sanitizer must be unopened and unused.
4. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy guidelines. Upon approval, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
